Lime dipped dried Jackfruit

These delicious golden dried ‘Honey Crunch’ Jackfruit are made by schoolboys ‘Jerry & Migs’ who come from the community one of our charities works with.  Proceeds from their products (“Jerry’s Gone Bananas” brand) go to the boys.

Their dried fruit is dipped in fresh lime juice to add a slight tang to the sweet goodness as well as make for a healthier snack by lowering the GI.  All fruits used in their products are homegrown in the Tropical FNQ Tablelands, Australia and are chemical-free.

The Jackfruit tastes like a blend of mango, pineapple and banana all in one and only the best varieties are used.
