WAYS YOU CAN HELP
Direct Service in Ukraine
For those called to serve on the ground, we can help facilitate short and long-term placements working alongside Ukrainian healthcare professionals. These opportunities range from clinical work in hospitals and clinics to training programs in medical institutions.

Remote Support and Teaching
Distance doesn’t limit your ability to make an impact. Ukrainian health professionals are eager to learn from international colleagues through:

- Mentorship programs – Provide ongoing guidance to Ukrainian colleagues in your specialty

Observership Programs

- Sponsor an observership – Fund Ukrainian medical professionals to observe and learn at leading medical institutions ( or contribute in part)
- Host an observership – Open your hospital or practice to Ukrainian colleagues for hands-on learning experiences ( we encourage hosts to also assist with accommodation and fundraising for costs)
- Design observership programs – Help structure meaningful learning experiences that maximise knowledge transfer
