This project is a collaborative initiative between Only Passing Thru Ltd and the Christian Medical Association of Ukraine to strengthen Ukraine’s healthcare system through accessible, high-quality medical education. It centres on the development of MedLearnUke, a self-hosted, bilingual (English–Ukrainian) online learning platform delivering a structured Family Medicine certificate aligned with internationally recognised standards, alongside modular specialty resources, live webinars, and case-based discussions. Designed specifically for clinicians working in wartime and resource-constrained settings, the platform uses AI-enabled translation and dubbing to remove language barriers and connect Ukrainian health professionals with global expertise. An equity-based access model ensures free or very low-cost participation for Ukrainian clinicians and volunteers, subsidised by international users, creating a sustainable, scalable education ecosystem that improves clinical skills, reduces professional isolation, and supports resilient primary care in Ukraine during the war and beyond.
